In the video, the delivery driver is seen struggling up the stairs to the Weiss Balcony. Because his hands were busy holding the package, he had to lean against the wall for support. Every step he took was slow, and when he reached the top he gently placed his cartridge before descending the steps where he grabbed the railing for support.

Weiss said looking at the doorbell camera footage made her feel guilty for not just going to the store to do her own grocery shopping. “It made me feel a little bit guilty about having someone else deliver things just because I didn’t want to go to the store,” she told ABC4 News.

Weiss posted the footage on Facebook and then found the delivery driver: a veteran named Larry from Ogden, Utah. A relative of Larry saw the message and put them in touch

Weiss was happy with the way things turned out. It was a snowball effect of cuteness that led to something much more.
