The singer is bringing seven trespassing counts against Hill, 67.
Littrell alleges that Hill and other locals ignored his repeated requests to leave the property as they pushed to change Florida law to make all beaches fully public.
According to the complaint, he was eventually forced to hire a private security guard to help enforce what he says are his property rights along the stretch of sand behind his home.
Meanwhile, Hill’s attorney, Heidi Mehaffey, has argued in court that Littrell cannot prove her client crossed the high-tide line. She has also described the allegations against Hill as “vague” and lacking specific evidence.
