It’s understood that baths are associated with rest and relaxation while showers are thought of as a rushed morning routine. Start being more mindful during this moment. There are a lot of people who get some of their best ideas while in the shower. Take advantage of this time and allow your thoughts to flow free and unrushed.
Go For A Walk
By spending most of our time inside, we don’t get the advantage of being around others. Take time to go for a stroll. Be aware of those around you. Think about who they are, what they’re goals are in life and what they are thinking about. Other people can be a great source of inspiration, so get out and take part of living art.
Enjoy Traffic Jams
As ridiculous as it may seem, you should be present even in traffic. Everyone hates being stuck in traffic because we often focus on everything else we should or could be doing. But you can hep to quail that frustration by simply allowing yourself to just be. Allow your mind to wonder. Research has even shown that when people are allowed to daydream in the middle of their tasks, they are more creative.
