Months after being stripped of the 2025 World’s Strongest Woman title, Jammie Booker says she is still looking for answers.
Booker was stripped of the crown just days after her November performance at the Official Strongman Games World Championship in Arlington, Texas. Organizers said the decision came after they learned she had been born male, following the circulation of explicit images from her past work as an adult film performer that were reportedly sent to competitors.
“So, can anyone actually point to the rule that I broke?” Booker wrote on her Instagram Story. “I’ve been told over and over that I violated a ‘clearly stated policy,’ but not a single organization has been able to show me that policy.”
“Strongman Corp., IFBB, IPF, Powerlifting USA, the IOC, USS Strongman,” she added in a second post. “All have a policy on transgender participation for reference.”
In the wake of Booker’s disqualification, event organizers said competition rules require athletes to compete in the category that corresponds with their biological sex at birth.
Runner-up Andrea Thompson — who called Booker’s title “bulls–t” as she stormed off the podium — was later declared the winner, while Strongman officials said they were investigating Booker’s eligibility to compete.
