Following the devastating incident, the Hammond Police Department conducted a thorough investigation. The findings revealed that the fatal bullet that claimed Noah’s life was discharged during a celebration. Mayor Tom McDermott Jr. made a heartfelt appeal, urging the individual responsible to come forward and labeling Noah’s untimely passing as an unfathomable tragedy born out of senselessness.
