Tina Fey says she has “no beef” with Timothée Chalamet following his viral “manspreading” moment while seated next to her at a New York Knicks game last month.

Speaking on Wednesday’s episode of Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, the comedian joked, “I got so many memes sent to me.”

The Saturday Night Live alum clarified that Chalamet was “nothing but lovely” and “super friendly,” adding that she didn’t see the viral “manspreading” reactions until the following day.

Tina Fey, who appeared on Wednesday’s episode of the “New Heights” podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, says she has “no beef” with Timothée Chalamet following his widely discussed “manspreading” moment at an April 28 New York Knicks game.

“You gotta remember,” Fey continued, “for every amount that he’s sitting like this and manspreading, I’m doing the opposite.”

She joked about the contrast, quipping that she has a “big ol’ can.”

Fey, 56, added, “I’ve got a big ol’ can. So, as Amy Poehler would say, ‘God is fair.’ Timothée’s legs took the front, my big ol’ can was takin’ the back.”

“It was all good and the Knicks won, so everybody was happy,” she said.

Fey was photographed sitting next to “Dune” actor Timothée Chalamet, 30, and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner during the New York Knicks’ April 28 NBA game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Fans quickly called out Chalamet’s seated posture next to Fey, with the actor’s legs appearing to encroach on the comedian’s space.

Social media users had a field day with the images. One joked, “It’s giving middle seat on the airplane.”

Another user wrote, “Timothée Chalamet if you don’t stop manspreading on Tina Fey I swear to god.”

A third compared the tightly packed seating arrangement to “the L train at 7 in the morning.”

On Monday, the pair wore coordinated vintage Knicks gear while watching New York dominate Cleveland 130–93 in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The win completed a four-game sweep and sent the Knicks to their first NBA Finals appearance in 27 years.
