The 64-year-old actor was seen exploring the City of Love with the 30-year-old model by his side, casually holding a toothpick in his mouth. He kept his hands in his pockets while Nicov intertwined her arms with his, walking closely together.
At one point, they clasped hands, intertwining their fingers as his girlfriend glanced at her phone.
The Daddio star was first romantically linked to the Moldovan actress when they were photographed sharing a kiss during a night out last month.

During their outing, Penn kept it casual and comfortable in an all-black ensemble. He zipped up a black bomber jacket layered over a blue plaid button-down shirt. The two-time Oscar winner also wore dark gray cargo pants and white sneakers.
Meanwhile, the statuesque model coordinated her outfit with his, opting for a similarly dark look. She wore a black sweatshirt paired with skintight leggings and topped it off with a navy blue pinstriped duster jacket.
She pulled her dark brunette hair into a messy ponytail and seemed to be wearing minimal makeup.

When he turned 40, he announced that he had quit smoking, according to The Guardian. However, as recently as this year—during a date in September where they were seen making out—he has picked up the habit again.

‘I had always told myself that I really should quit smoking at 30. OK, 35. Always, 40 was: there’s no choice any more, you just have to do it.’
He continued: ‘It was time not to be a slave to this nonsense, you know?
‘I mean, if I could smoke eight cigarettes a day, I’d smoke the rest of my life. But it’s worse than that with me. I smoke four packs like that.’
