Kylie Jenner is willing to endure anything to conquer the Met steps.
On Monday, the reality star graced the 2025 Met Gala red carpet in a curve-hugging, midriff-baring Ferragamo ensemble—but it was her sky-high heels that proved to be the real challenge.
Though stilettos are never easy to manage, Jenner struggled even more when it came time to take them off.
The 27-year-old Kylie Cosmetics mogul later posted a video to her Instagram Story, showing herself sitting on the floor as a team worked to pry off her black pointed-toe pumps.
“Max told me to tape my feet into the shoes,” Jenner explained, referencing Ferragamo’s creative director, Maximilian Davis. “And now my feet are stuck in them!”
Her glam team attempted to ease the situation by spraying a clear liquid around her feet to loosen the tape’s hold without causing harm—but the process still looked excruciating.
“Ow!” Jenner shouted from behind the camera.
“Max told me to tape my feet into the shoes,” Jenner said, referencing Ferragamo’s creative director, Maximilian Davis. “Now I can’t get them off!”

On Monday, the reality star hit the Met Gala 2025 red carpet wearing a Ferragamo outfit that showed off her curves and midriff, it was her heels that were more than she bargained for.
While walking in stilettos is never an easy feat, Jenner had an even harder time taking the shoes off.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 27, shared a video to her Instagram Story late after the ball, sitting on the ground while a team of people tried to remove her black pointed-toe pumps.
“Max told me to tape my feet into the shoe,” Jenner said, referring to the creative director of Ferragamo, Maximilian Davis. “And now my feet are stuck in the shoes!”
Her glam squad used spray bottles filled with a clear liquid to try to loosen up the grip of the tape without hurting Jenner’s feet, but it still seemed quite painful.
“Ow!” Jenner yelled from behind the camera.
A few minutes later, she updated her fans with a celebratory photo of her bare feet.
“They’re okay!!!!” Jenner wrote over the image.
For the upper half of her look, Jenner dazzled on the carpet in a Ferragamo dress with wool herringbone cups, a matching long skirt with a high slit, and a sheer corset bodice.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder paired the look with Lorraine Schwartz earrings and matching long, sheer gloves, complementing it with a bold makeup look and a sleek, slicked-back bun.
She also added a glossy black sash, featuring a diamond-encrusted flower brooch, with the fabric trailing several feet behind her.
