Some baseball fans weren’t thrilled to see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle receiving VIP treatment at Dodger Stadium over MLB legends during Game 4 of the World Series.
One of those fans was Mets broadcaster Howie Rose, who took to X on Wednesday to question why Dodgers icon Sandy Koufax was seated just a row behind the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
“How does Sandy end up in the second row?” Rose wrote. “Maybe those are his permanent seats, but Sandy Koufax takes a back seat to no one—especially at Dodger Stadium.”

Koufax, a Brooklyn native, spent his entire career with the Dodgers (1955–1966), winning four World Series titles—including one in 1955 when the team was still in Brooklyn.
A seven-time All-Star, three-time Cy Young winner, and two-time World Series MVP, Koufax also threw four no-hitters and pitched one of MLB’s 24 perfect games on September 9, 1965.
With credentials like that, it’s clear Koufax more than deserves a front-row seat at a World Series game for his former team.
