FEAR projections are something that are based from very real emotional responses to your environment from the past. These are emotional responses that you could not act upon back then. They keep on reappearing in the present, because your mind and body are trying to lay them to rest, in an effort to fully heal.
The repetitive patterns that go along with fears are constantly being played out on a race circuit. They continue to go round and round constantly until you win the race. Here is how to get the race won and the fear gone.
1. Accept your fears as only being projections of the past that cannot hurt you.
2. Do acknowledge that they are very real feelings that do need to be played out now. This is so you can heal yourself.
3. Do accept that on some level as a child or in your childhood, you did feel scared and unsafe, and that you were indeed lacking what you were in need of in the past/childhood/or environment.
4. Accept any denial, avoidance, or self-blame. It’s my fault, I must be bad, or even wrong. These things are no longer working.
5. Change your behavior to respond appropriately to the different fear scenarios. Act as if the potential threat is very real. Decide to move away, stand your ground, or even get much closer to it.
The next time that fear does threaten to make you freeze up and be unresponsive in fright. Don’t shrink into a victim that is stuck in time. Tell yourself to stop the fear and calm it down on your own!
