This totem still stands today representing the unity of mankind. It is a monument that also represents the dream time and when the Anangu first were born to this Earth.

Since the 9th century Koyasan has been sacred to Japanese Buddhism. It is a place for spiritual contemplation. Both Buddhists and non-Buddhists can appreciate the ancient cedar forecasts, the historic pagodas, and the long paved roads. It is remarkably beautiful. Koyasan is a very spiritual place. It’s definitely worth visiting.

  • The Wudang Mountains

One of China’s most well know holy places is Wudang. It is located in the north west of China’s Hubei province. Wudand mountain has been an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site since 1994. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. Some of the buildings date all the way back to the 15th century. The sacredness of the mountain dates back even farther. Wudang Mountain was a sacred site all the way back in the 8th or 9th century when it was occupied by the Tang dynasty. It truly is a divine place.
