She’s the Countess of the Couch!
Page Six reports that Sarah Ferguson is reportedly homeless, staying with friends after losing her royal residence. The former royal is reportedly struggling to find her own place in New York following the latest Epstein revelations.
Sources say that since she and her ex-husband, ex-Prince Andrew, were forced out of their royal home, Ferguson has been relying on friends for a place to stay—including Priscilla Presley.
Ferguson Struggles After Eviction From Royal Lodge Amid Epstein Fallout
Sarah Ferguson and ex-Prince Andrew were evicted from their Windsor mansion by King Charles due to Andrew’s ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Though they divorced in 1996, the former Duke and Duchess of York continued living together at Royal Lodge until Andrew’s arrest forced the eviction.
Once a frequent visitor to New York, Ferguson often relied on friends’ homes for stays. But after the recent Epstein email revelations, former benefactors reportedly consider her too “radioactive” to host, even temporarily.
“Everyone’s telling her now’s not a good time,” an insider said. “A lot of people genuinely like her, but being connected to anyone tied to Epstein just isn’t wise right now.”
Her daughter, Princess Eugenie, also lives in New York. However, both mother and daughter reportedly believe having Ferguson move in could be harmful to the family.
“Now that Andrew has lost his royal title, Eugenie and Beatrice are the only remaining royals,” an insider explained. “It’s more important than ever to keep them distanced from the scandal.” Sources added that Eugenie may not feel especially hospitable, especially after reports revealed Ferguson once wrote to Epstein, joking, “Just waiting for Eugenie to come back from a shagging weekend!!”

Newly released emails reveal the closeness of Ferguson’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, in which she reportedly suggested multiple times that they should marry and referred to him as “the brother I have always wished for.”
