Rob and Patricia Schneider Confirm Divorce After Nearly 15 Years
Rob and Patricia Schneider are ending their marriage after almost 15 years, Page Six can confirm.
Patricia Schneider, 37, filed “family court with children” paperwork in Maricopa County, Arizona — where the couple resides — on December 8, 2025, according to public records.
The former “Saturday Night Live” star accepted service of the divorce petition on December 12. The court also ordered the couple to attend a parenting class.
On January 21, a court order was filed designating a consent decree — which finalizes agreements on child support, parenting time, and alimony — to remain confidential.
The Schneiders, who were married for nearly 15 years, share two daughters: 13-year-old Miranda and 8-year-old Madeline.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Patricia Schneider, 37, cited an “irretrievably broken” marriage with “no possibility of reconciliation.”
The split was first reported on Tuesday by Spanish outlet TV Y Novelas. A representative for Rob Schneider confirmed the divorce to Page Six on Wednesday, while Patricia had not immediately responded to requests for comment.

Rob and Patricia Schneider first met in 2007 on the set of a TV show Patricia was working on, and they tied the knot in Los Angeles in April 2011.
The “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo” and “Hot Chick” star called their wedding the “happiest day of [his] life” in comments to the Los Angeles Daily News.
In a now-deleted Instagram post celebrating their 10th anniversary, Patricia praised her husband, writing: “10 years and counting!!!! No one is funnier than you husbando. Thanks for my beautiful babies. I love you para siempre,” alongside a joyful photo with Rob.
In addition to his two daughters with Patricia, Rob Schneider, 62, shares adult daughter Elle King, 36, with ex-wife London King. The couple was married from 1988 to 1990.
Rob’s relationship with Elle, the “Ex’s & Oh’s” singer, has been strained. In a 2024 appearance on Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast, Elle claimed that Rob had sent her to a “fat camp” as a child. “And then I got in trouble one year because I sprained my ankle and I didn’t lose any weight,” she said, calling the experience “very toxic and very silly.”
Rob has publicly apologized, expressing regret over the past. During an appearance on the Tucker Carlson Network, he said, “I wanna just tell my daughter, Elle, I love you and I wish I was the father in my 20s that you needed.”
