By being aware of the power of your own will it is possible to reach your goals and not be tempted to follow the wrong path, although it is not a good idea to try and exercise your will over others to control as they will resent you and feel overpowered by you.

By being thankful towards others you will make them feel truly valued and like what they have done is worthwhile, helping to build better relationships and mutual trust.
