A mean woman had spotted younger siblings selling candy outside the store and as a result the confrontation began.
The moment the elderly woman sees the children; she starts scolding them. She yells at them and demands to know if they asked for permission and want to see their license as well. Although the little boy calmly explains to her why they are doing it, she is not ready to understand.
Andy also reported that the boy was threatened by the woman that he was going to be arrested by cops and put in jail. The boy was so harassed that he started crying.
