Professor Sydney Engelberg, was giving one of his lectures at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, when a student’s baby interrupted and started to cry. Mr. Engelberg was explaining to his students an organizational behavior when he approached the embarrassed mother and scooped her crying baby .
Mr. Engelberg who is a father-of-four and grandfather-of-five picked up the little kid and comforted him in his arms without skipping a single word of his lecture.
The professor permits the mothers who attend his classrooms to bring their children and even breastfeed. He believes that no mother should neglect neither her education or her children.

Instead, however, the professor took the child into his arms and continued teaching – as if nothing had happened
“The way he sees the concept of getting education is not only learning the dry facts that you need to learn in class, but also learning values,” wrote his daughter, Sarit Fishbaine
