“Terrifying video captures a young boy walking along a monorail track nearly 100 feet above the ground at Hersheypark after getting separated from his parents.
Horrified visitors are seen gathering beneath the tracks as the child carefully makes his way along the monorail, in footage recorded during the frightening incident at the park in Hershey, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.”
“Go to him now!” one person is heard shouting before the man on the roof jumped onto the tracks.

The frightening incident took place at Hersheypark in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
Guests waved their arms, guiding the child along the tracks toward a nearby building, where a man stood on the roof with his arms outstretched, ready to catch him
The boy was reported missing by his parents around 5 p.m. While crews searched for him, he entered a secured area for the monorail ride, Hersheypark said in a statement, according to ABC 7.
He remained at a monorail station for about 20 minutes before beginning to walk along the track.
Eventually, a park guest climbed onto the rail and rescued the boy. Park officials then reunited him—unharmed—with his parents around 5:30 p.m., the park said.
At the time, the monorail was closed and had been secured with a chained closure at its entrance and a barricaded turnstile at the platform, according to officials.
“We are grateful for the vigilance of our guests and the swift response of our team, and we remain committed to maintaining the highest levels of guest safety throughout Hersheypark,” the statement read.
The frightening incident comes weeks after the death of a 9-year-old girl at the Pennsylvania theme park.
Sophia Subedi drowned in the popular Boardwalk wave pool, and witnesses watched in horror as the third-grader’s lifeless body was pulled from the water.”**
I can also create a slightly more sensitive version that balances reporting with empathy. Do you want me to do that?
