Vick Hope revealed live on her BBC Radio 1 drivetime show that she is expecting her first child with husband Calvin Harris.
The 35-year-old radio presenter, who tied the knot with the DJ in Ibiza in 2023, shared that this will be her last week on the show before starting maternity leave.
On Monday, during a chat with co-host Jamie Laing, she told listeners, “I should probably also say this is my final week before I go on maternity leave.”
Jamie told her, “You’re an amazing friend, an amazing person, and you’re going to be an amazing mum.” She replied, “Oh, thank you.”
In recent weeks, Vick has been seen showing off her growing baby bump, most notably last Thursday when she arrived at the studio for her show.
Vick and Calvin, 41, had faced increasing rumours about her pregnancy, which she has now confirmed.

Speculation intensified when Vick shared a series of photos from a ‘baby shower-themed’ countryside getaway with close friends on Instagram.
Amid growing rumours of her pregnancy and congratulatory messages from celebrity pals, Vick posted several snaps during the sun-soaked trip, where they played a baby shower game called ‘my water broke.’
One photo showed six baby dolls scattered on a table, hinting at the popular game. The game involves each player taking an ice cube with a toy baby frozen inside, and the first person to retrieve their baby and shout “my water broke” wins as the ice melts.
In another picture, Vick smiled while enjoying an outdoor sunset dinner on a balcony with 11 close friends.
During the sunny countryside trip, the presenter and her friends also took a refreshing dip in a large outdoor swimming pool.
The radio star also posted a cheeky shirtless photo of her husband Calvin holding a cockerel, captioned: “Meet Smoky King Cock.”
Earlier this month, Vick gave fans a glimpse into her marriage and shared a series of baby bump photos while out and about in figure-hugging outfits.
Fans and celebrity friends have flooded her social media with congratulatory messages on the pregnancy news, although she had not yet officially confirmed it at the time.

This announcement comes shortly after Vick posted a series of photos from a ‘baby shower-themed’ countryside getaway with close friends on Instagram.

The BBC Radio 1 presenter shared social media posts of herself playing the baby shower game ‘my water broke’ with close friends amid ongoing pregnancy rumours.

The radio star also posted a cheeky shirtless photo of her handsome husband Calvin holding up a cockerel, captioned: “Meet Smoky King Cock.”

Taking full advantage of the sunny countryside trip, the presenter and her friends also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the large outdoor pool.
Vick, who married Calvin in September 2023, recently opened up about their relationship and shared their favourite type of date with The Standard.
She said, “Is it extremely @real\_housewives\_of\_clapton to say a little London Fields picnic? A walk by the canal and through Broadway Market, then settling down on the grass for a couple of refreshing canned cocktails.”
On Wednesday, Vick posted several Instagram photos from her recent work highlights, some clearly showing her baby bump.
Her celebrity friends and fans quickly flooded the comments with congratulations for Vick and her husband Calvin, 41.
Lisa Snowdon wrote, “Congratulations darling. So happy for you both,” while Laura Whitmore hinted with, “She got the glow!”
Elizabeth Day added, “Vick congratulations. You look RADIANT AF,” and Dr Ranj chimed in with, “Congrats!!!!”
Other fan comments included: “Omg are we going to talk about you expecting! Huge congrats!”; “Congratulations to you and Calvin. Fabulous news. Exciting times ahead”; and “Knew she was pregnant at the Brits!”
During a recent BBC Radio 1 interview with actress Florence Pugh, Vick supported her bump while sitting in a cream bodycon dress.

The BBC Radio 1 presenter and her husband, DJ Calvin Harris, 41, have faced growing rumours over the past few months that she is pregnant with their first child.

Earlier this month, Vick gave a rare glimpse into her marriage with Calvin, 41, amid growing rumours that she is pregnant with their first child (pictured together in March).
During the interview alongside co-host Jamie Laing, Vick gently stroked her stomach and proudly showed off her dazzling engagement and wedding rings.
Although the recorded interview hasn’t yet been shared on social media—including Radio 1’s Instagram or Vick and Jamie’s accounts—it was uploaded to YouTube on Monday night.
Vick and Calvin first sparked pregnancy rumours after the 2024 Grammy Awards.
The speculation began when Vick posted a photo from the event showing her gently resting her hand on her stomach, leading fans to wonder if it was a subtle pregnancy hint.
However, Vick quickly dismissed the rumours on Instagram.
Replying to a fan urging others to stop commenting on women’s bodies, she said, “Yep, just placing my hand on my tummy! I think I was smoothing my dress or checking my post-brekkie bloat or something, but thank you all for the lovely messages.”
Vick and Calvin, whose real name is Adam Richard Wiles, celebrated their first wedding anniversary late last year after tying the knot in a lavish Ibiza Glastonbury-themed ceremony in September 2023.

Vick sparked pregnancy rumours after appearing to cradle a baby bump while filming a press junket.

After their wedding, the newlyweds flew to Brindisi, Italy, on a £25 million private jet for a romantic honeymoon.
Vick previously revealed that her and Calvin’s love story dates back to the mid-2000s.
She shared that when she was 19, she turned down 24-year-old Calvin’s advances while he was riding high on the success of his hit “Acceptable In The 80s.”
Speaking to You Magazine, she said, “It’s something we laughed about on our first proper date. We still laugh about it now.”
While Calvin went on to become one of the world’s top producers, amassing an estimated £200 million fortune, Vick admitted she was initially “shallow” and had no idea he would grow into “an Adonis.”
Talking about her engagement to Calvin, Vick said she kept the details private, calling it a “very special moment” and “perfect.”
She added, “We don’t really put anything on social media because the time we have together is ‘real life’ and it’s our own.
“For the first time in a long time, I’m finishing work and going home to a life that is just mine. I’m learning to find balance and peace.”
