Meagan Penman, an enthusiast Canadian traveler,was traveling in Thailand where she came across a poor paralyzed legs on a beach. She has taken one of the best decisions in life which is providing help for the poor dog . So this was the beginning of hope for Leo the puppy. He was a paralyzed and stray, but later she has taken him to Canada and gave him a new chance to have a welcoming home. Without her help, he could not have survived another month relying on himself. This is the story of Leo:
“I found this little guy on a beach in Thailand dragging his paralyzed body around”
“He would have been dead within the month if I hadn’t moved him,” wrote Meagan Penman
“I couldn’t find any rescues in Thailand to take him so I decided to bring him back to Canada”
The good news for Leo started in a Thai vet’s office where he received his first treatment.
Because he has a broken spine, it is impossible for him to walk again.
“Two months later and ready to leave!”
Leo arrived to his new and temporary home!
Since Megan can not afford all the vet expenses she decided to find him a new home.

Leo had to undergo many surgeries for different problems with his urinary tract
