Kylie Kelce apologized after learning that referring to Kate Middleton as “Princess Kate” could be considered disrespectful.
“I love learning, so I was unaware that calling Princess Catherine, Princess Kate was offensive,” Kylie said during Thursday’s episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast.
“I didn’t know that. Now I know that. Now I will proceed accordingly,” the mom of four continued. “I apologize for the mistake. I would like to refer to people in the most respectful way and how they feel respected.”

The 34-year-old then offered a direct apology to the future queen. “Princess Catherine or the Princess of Wales, I apologize,” she said. “I will get that sorted immediately starting now.”
Middleton, 44, has formally been known as Catherine, Princess of Wales, since September 2022, when Prince William became Prince of Wales following the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the accession of King Charles III.
Before that, she was known as the Duchess of Cambridge, a title she received after marrying William in 2011.
Kylie also issued a direct apology to Middleton (pictured above) for addressing her incorrectly and promised to “get that sorted immediately starting now.”

She also pointed out that their “husbands chitchatted on the other podcast,” referring to Prince
Kylie also noted that Prince William appeared on Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast in July (pictured above).
She then explained that she would love to have Middleton on her own podcast to talk about their shared field hockey background, the royal’s cancer journey and more.
“Do I think she has time to hop on this podcast? No, I do not,” Kylie admitted. “I don’t think that.”
Kylie also clarified that while she “loves curse words,” she would never use them in front of Middleton.
“At the end of the day, I am respectful of the situations that I am put in, at least being respectful to the people I am speaking to,” she said.

Her husband, Jason Kelce, and brother-in-law Travis Kelce famously met Prince William and his children, Prince George, 13, and Princess Charlotte, 11, backstage at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show in London in June 2024.
After the concert, Swift, 36, posed for a selfie with William, George, Charlotte and Travis, 36.
Middleton did not attend the show, which took place three months after she publicly revealed her
