Jennifer Lopez shared her tips for enhancing the movie-watching experience at home.
After achieving her fourth top-streaming film on Netflix in the past two years with her latest action film, Atlas, the 54-year-old superstar recommended pairing the sci-fi hit, which has surpassed 60 million views globally, with a beverage from her cocktail brand, Delola.
“I’m so happy, my new movie, Atlas, is out! And it’s got action… and AI. Speaking of AI, wait until you see this,” she teased, revealing a device tucked behind her ear. “I stole it from the set.”
She then asked, “Smith [played by Gregory James Cohan in her latest film], are you still there?”
“You won’t get rid of me so easily,” a robotic voice replied. “Would this be an appropriate time for humor?”

According to Variety, Atlas was the most-streamed film for the week of May 24–30, based on Luminate’s streaming rankings.
![Atlas' number of minutes viewed made it the biggest film of the week among major streaming services and it was watched more than any series over that time period, with the most-viewed show, Bridgerton, only scoring 766.8 million estimated minutes watched](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/06/08/21/85883131-13509029-image-a-3_1717878097878.jpg)
Atlas’ viewership made it the top film of the week across major streaming services. It was watched more than any series during that time period, with the most-viewed show, Bridgerton, only reaching an estimated 766.8 million minutes watched.
That amounted to nearly 11 million views, according to the analytics firm.
However, this figure is somewhat simplistic and abstract, as it was calculated by dividing the total number of minutes by the film’s 120-minute runtime. Many viewers likely only sampled the film and watched a few minutes, so the true number of complete viewings of Atlas isn’t clear from the latest rankings.
Netflix is famously opaque with its viewership data, releasing it selectively, and the streaming service counts just two minutes watched as a ‘view.’
Still, Atlas’ total minutes viewed made it the biggest film of the week among major streaming services.
![And it wasn't just the number one film — it clobbered the other streaming films in the top 10, with the second-place entry being watched approximately one billion minutes fewer than Atlas was; seen in 2023](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/06/08/16/85876561-0-image-a-1_1717859454370.jpg)
Not only did it claim the top spot, but it also outpaced the other streaming films in the top 10. The second-place entry fell short by approximately one billion minutes compared to Atlas, as observed in 2023.
In fact, it surpassed even the most-watched series during that period. Bridgerton, the top series, accumulated only 766.8 million estimated minutes watched.
The second most-viewed film was Netflix’s Mother Of The Bride with 223 million estimated minutes watched, followed by Prime Video’s The Blue Angels with 181.4 million minutes.
Completing the top 10 were Netflix’s Thelma The Unicorn, Prime Video’s The Idea Of You, Unfrosted (Netflix), The Beach Boys (Disney+), In Good Hands 2 (Netflix), Golden Kamuy (Netflix), and Road House (Prime Video).
While the exact number of full viewings of Atlas remains unclear, its remarkable ranking suggests significant interest in Jennifer Lopez and the film.
