She’s not the villain.

Billie Eilish’s brother, Finneas, publicly defended the singer amid backlash over her anti-ICE remarks at the 2026 Grammys on Sunday.

“Seeing a lot of very powerful old white men outraged about what my 24-year-old sister said during her acceptance speech,” he wrote on Instagram Threads on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old (pictured Sunday) fired back at the “outrage” in a Threads post on Wednesday.

“We can literally see your names in the Epstein files,” Finneas added.

The siblings notably won song of the year over the weekend for “Wildflower,” after which Eilish used her time onstage to criticize Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“I feel so honored every time I get to be in this room,” she began. “As grateful as I feel, I honestly don’t feel like I need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land.”

“Yeah, it’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now,” the songwriter continued. “I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we just need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting. Our voices really do matter, and the people matter — and f–k ICE.”

Eilish wrapped up her remarks by saying, “That’s all I’m going to say. Sorry. Thank you so much.”

She and Finneas also wore “ICE OUT” pins to the awards ceremony, joined by Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber and other A-listers.

The Tongva tribe, which owns the land beneath Eilish’s $3 million Los Angeles mansion, later praised the singer for “provid[ing] visibility to the true history of this country” in a statement.

However, the tribe added, “It is our hope that in future discussions, the tribe can explicitly be referenced.”

Eilish was not the only winner to call out the federal agency during the awards show, as Bad Bunny also took aim at ICE.

The soon-to-be Super Bowl 2026 halftime show headliner — who won best música urbana album and album of the year for DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS — opened his first acceptance speech with an “ICE out” message.

“We’re not savage, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens,” Bad Bunny said. “We are humans and we are Americans.”

He went on to urge attendees to “be different” and to “fight … with love,” adding that “hate gets more powerful with more hate.”

She and Finneas (pictured in March 2025) were among several stars who wore “ICE OUT” pins on their Grammys outfits this year.

Similarly, Kehlani told The Hollywood Reporter on the red carpet, “F–k ICE. We’re too powerful of a group to all be in a room at the same time and not make some kind of statement in our country, so it’s brainless to me.”

Jelly Roll, meanwhile, declined to weigh in at the event, calling himself a “disconnected … dumb redneck.”

He later told reporters, “I’m going through it the next week, and everybody’s going to hear exactly what I have to say about it in the most loud and clear way I’ve ever spoken in my life. So I look forward to it on the Internet.”
