Denise Richards’ Estranged Husband Aaron Phypers and Family Seek Help After LA Home Eviction
Aaron Phypers, the estranged husband of Denise Richards, and his family are “begging” for assistance after being evicted from the Los Angeles mansion he once shared with the actress.
Aaron’s mother, Patricia Phypers, launched a GoFundMe campaign asking the public for financial support after an LA court ruled in favor of the landlord, granting them possession of the $3.3 million property.
On the fundraiser page, Patricia wrote, “Please Help My Son Aaron,” describing herself as “a Grandmother Begging for Justice and for the Little Girl Torn From Our Lives.”
Patricia Phypers Launches GoFundMe Seeking Support for Son Aaron Amid Custody and Eviction Battle
Patricia Phypers, mother of Aaron Phypers, launched a GoFundMe page asking the public for financial help. She described herself as “a mother and a grandmother begging the public for help.”
“My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him,” Patricia claimed.
She added that Aaron, 53, has suffered his “deepest wound” in the loss of his daughter, 14-year-old Eloise. Richards, 54, adopted Eloise before her relationship with Aaron. Aaron is currently fighting for custody, asserting that he raised Eloise as his own and accusing Denise Richards of failing to file his adoption papers.

Patricia Phypers Claims She Tried to Hold Family Together Amid Custody and Household Chaos
Patricia Phypers described the challenges she faced while supporting her son Aaron and his family. “I was brought in to hold a collapsing home together — 36 dogs, 5 cats, endless responsibilities, all hidden from the landlord,” she told Inside Edition.
She added, “[Eloise] was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him… and from us… without truth, without justice, without mercy.”
Patricia further alleged that she stepped in to help Richards when needed. “I spent my small pension on vet bills, food, and care because no one else would. My son Brett and I were put in impossible, unlawful situations to cover for fraud we never created,” she wrote.
Aaron Phypers and Family Evicted Amid $84,000 Rent Dispute, Patricia Phypers Claims
Aaron Phypers and his family were reportedly evicted last week after allegedly failing to pay $84,000 in rent. During that period, Patricia Phypers said she cared for 14-year-old Eloise “for weeks,” providing stability by “loving her, protecting her” while her daughter-in-law traveled.
“I even cared for her older daughters’ cats because they wouldn’t bother,” Patricia added.
She also defended her son, claiming Aaron “carried the entire household,” only to be allegedly “cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing.”
Patricia Phypers Pleads for Help as Son Faces Eviction and Custody Battle
Patricia Phypers accused Denise Richards of abuse throughout her marriage to Aaron Phypers. “No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him,” she alleged.
Now facing eviction and with her pension “gone,” Patricia said she and her son are “out of options.” She appealed to the public for support:
“Please — if you have ever loved a child or grandchild — help my son fight for the truth and for Eloise. Your support may be the only thing that saves him.”
She signed her message, “With a breaking heart, Patricia Phypers,” and thanked those who have already contributed to their cause.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum adopted Eloise in 2011. As of January 2, Aaron Phypers’ GoFundMe had raised $1,308 to help the family amid eviction and financial struggles.
Last week, Aaron and Richards were ordered to vacate their Calabasas, California, home after reportedly failing to pay $84,000 in rent. Richards has not been living in the property amid her contentious divorce from Aaron, who filed for divorce after six years of marriage in July.
In November, Richards was granted a permanent restraining order against Aaron, alleging abuse during their marriage — claims he has denied.

Aaron Phypers Seeks Emergency Hearing Amid Financial Struggles
Aaron Phypers responded to the ongoing disputes by filing for an emergency hearing in his spousal support case, claiming he was at risk of homelessness and needed access to funds controlled by Denise Richards.
“I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing can be advanced to an earlier date and orders can be entered allowing me access to the substantial funds that are being controlled by [Richards],” he stated.
Richards, who adopted Eloise in 2011, also shares two daughters — Sami, 21, and Lola, 20 — with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, to whom she was married from 2002 to 2006.
