Tragically, a nine-year-old girl lost her life in an unexpected dirt bike incident at a California race track. Brooke Carlton, aged 9, was riding an electric motorbike at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park when she was involved in a collision on Sunday, as reported by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station and Cal Fire rushed to the scene in response to the accident. Upon arrival, they discovered compassionate individuals administering life-saving aid to Brooke, who was unconscious after being struck by another child on a track designated for off-road vehicles.
She was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center, where she passed away later that day.
“Our beloved Brooke Lily was called to heaven by the good Lord after a tragic accident at a nearby motocross track,” shared Brooke’s parents, Jason and Angie, in a statement posted on their GoFundMe page.

Police reported that the other child involved was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Brooke began racing motocross at the age of eight and was preparing to venture into BMX racing, as outlined in her biography as a Go Fast Girls ambassador.
Her father, Jason, operates a business specializing in personal watercraft and UTV racing parts, boasting 30 years of experience in powersports racing.
“We are deeply saddened by this tragedy. It’s an incredibly unfortunate accident, as stated by the parent,” expressed Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park on Instagram.
