The actress expressed, “If he just splashes water on his face at night, I consider myself lucky. I’m the one who has to go through the whole routine of applying stuff on his face. He’s like this boy who’s never had to do anything, never will do anything. I, on the other hand, have a whole process; it takes me an hour and a half to get ready for an event, and he just strolls in at the last minute and in five minutes, he’s ready.”
Yet, despite this, Macaulay makes Brenda feel beautiful even without makeup. Brenda shared, “I think he’s the one who truly makes me feel the most beautiful, especially when I’m about to sleep, exhausted, with nothing on my face. We’re about to watch something silly on TV, and he looks at me, and I’m like, ‘He makes me feel so confident.’ I have someone who makes me feel beautiful without makeup, because he patiently sits through my 20-minute self-care routine at night.”
The couple, who were recently spotted together at a Clarins party, have been going strong since 2017. They first crossed paths on the set of “Dads,” where Brenda starred alongside Seth Green and Giovanni Ribisi during its single season from 2013 to 2014. Culkin had apparently visited his friend Ribisi on set.
