On Sunday, Alec Baldwin and his second wife Hilaria celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary, just before his upcoming July 9th involuntary manslaughter trial.
The 66-year-old Oscar nominee first encountered the 40-year-old, known for her cultural interests and involved in a Spanish scandal in 2020, on February 18, 2011. They crossed paths while dining separately at Pure Food and Wine, a now-closed restaurant in New York City.
“From the moment I met you, I knew I was in love, and marrying you felt like a dream,” Alec, who has 3.7 million social media followers, affectionately expressed.
“Through thick and thin, highs and lows. Seven kids, plus Ireland, Andre, and Holland. Four dogs, four cats. Despite my own challenges, I wouldn’t change any of it. Happy Anniversary. You are my greatest gift.”
Hilaria reflected on their journey, acknowledging the “joyful highs and heartbreaking lows,” navigating through experiences that were “painfully and obviously difficult.”

“How fortunate am I to have you and our children, Alec? I haven’t been here much lately, but I’ll be back. To everyone reading this, I’m grateful for your support and kindness that makes this community so special. Your generosity is a gift we cherish deeply. I love you, Alec.”
Baldwin’s Instagram post garnered congratulatory messages from his Rust co-star Frances Fisher, comedian Caroline Rhea, and Angel alum Elisabeth Röhm.
The devoted couple relies on two nannies to assist in caring for their seven children: Carmen, 10; Rafael, 9; Leonardo, 7; Romeo, 6; Eduardo and Lucia, both 3; and Ilaria, 21 months.
Alec and Hilaria are currently filming their own family reality show, “The Baldwins,” set to premiere next year on TLC.
A year ago, Baldwin became a grandfather when his eldest daughter Ireland and Grammy winner RAC welcomed their daughter, Holland.
The 28-year-old in Oregon is the only child of the podcaster of “Here’s the Thing” from his seven-year marriage to Oscar winner Kim Basinger, which ended acrimoniously in 2002.

Baldwin has denied pulling the trigger of the Pietta .45 Long Colt Single Action Army revolver he held on the Rust set, which discharged a bullet that injured director Joel Souza and fatally struck cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
He previously settled a wrongful death civil lawsuit filed by Hutchins’ widower Matthew, later appointing him as an executive producer on the troubled western.
