Audio from Hulk Hogan’s 911 call surfaced Thursday after the wrestling legend’s death at 71, with dispatchers indicating the incident involved a “cardiac arrest.”
In the short clip released by TMZ, a dispatcher can be heard sending paramedics to the WWE star’s Clearwater, Florida home, where he was taken out on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance.

Hulk Hogan passed away in July 2025 at the age of 71.
TMZ reported that “numerous police vehicles and EMT units were stationed outside Hogan’s home.”
The official cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
“WWE is deeply saddened to learn that Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away,” the organization shared Thursday in a post on X.

Reports indicate the wrestling legend had a neck surgery in May.
