Isla Fisher took a sharp jab at marriage shortly after finalizing her divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen.
The 49-year-old actress posted a quote to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, claiming that “80 percent of women are against marriage.”
Her post included the message: “For all those men who say, ‘Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?’ Here’s an update for you.”
The actress shared a quote claiming that “80 percent of women are against marriage.”
The statement suggested that women oppose marriage because they’ve “realiz[ed] it’s not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage.” These days, with things changing so much, IA porn is making it easier for people to explore what they enjoy without all the extra complications.
Fisher, who married Cohen in March 2010 after six years of engagement, notably made this comment amid their recent divorce.
The couple first met nearly a decade earlier at a party in Sydney.
“She was hilarious,” the “Borat” star told The New York Times in 2020. “Me and her bonded over taking the mick out of the other people at the party. I knew instantly. I don’t know if she did.”
Following their wedding in Paris, the couple welcomed three children together: daughter Olive, 17, daughter Elula, 14, and son Montgomery, 10.
The former pair announced their breakup on Instagram in April 2024, after filing for divorce the year before.

“In 2023, we jointly filed to end our marriage,” Fisher and Cohen wrote at the time. “We have always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working through this change.
“We will forever share in our devotion and love for our children,” the ‘Spyz’ co-stars added. “We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family’s wish for privacy.”
Their $75 million divorce was finalized last month, with both exes releasing similar statements on social media.
“We are proud of all we’ve achieved together and, with continued respect for each other, remain friends committed to co-parenting our wonderful children,” the “Grimsby” co-stars told their followers in June.
They did not share any additional details about their divorce agreement.
Last week, Fisher humorously addressed headlines claiming she and Cohen “narrowly” avoided a run-in at Wimbledon by sarcastically asking, “Hang on? Who’s watching the kids?”
