Are paranormal activities real? Is history real? We know that some of our history actually happened because we have artifacts to prove these events. Most people who believe in ghosts know that we become energy in the afterlife. Our physical bodies are energy conductors – from our head to our toes, currents constantly run through our bodies. Energy can never be destroyed, it can only be changed.
Our body will decompose and once again become a part of the earth. But where does the energy go once it leaves our body? The law of physics says that energy never dies. The energy within our brains is the essence of who we are; when we die this energy must go to another place, changing as it leaves the vessel that it inhabited. There are times when this energy does not want to leave and it hovers around the area where it last knew life.

Energy cannot be destroyed, but it can change into something different. Our thoughts, feelings and our personalities are all forms of energy. The living can use these forms of energy to connect with the deceased person’s energy.
If this pure energy force is lost and does not know where to go, then it may stick around because the area is familiar. Some may stay in a house that has been abandoned by the living. Their strong energy may be the reason we can see and hear ghosts in our homes.
The energy of the dead is the same energy that the living have; the only difference between the living and the dead is the living inhabit a shell that we call our body; the dead are pure energy.

Most scientists will still tell you that the paranormal, especially ghosts, does not exist. Some scientists, who have always been skeptics, are starting to change their thinking. If they can see ghosts in the lab, then maybe there is some reason to doubt what they have always thought to be the truth.
Once more people come forward and share their stories about seeing spirits maybe skeptics will start to believe. If scientists can find ghosts in their labs, then we must begin to believe that the paranormal, as well as spirits, do, in fact, exist in our world.
