Ronnie and Donnie Gaylon were born in 1951, but doctors told their parents that their boys would not live more than a day. Despite all the tragic expectations, the couple recently celebrated their 64th anniversary, making them the longest-lived Siamese in the world!

The two have four hands and four legs, but share the same digestive system and pelvic area.

Over the course of 64 years, the twins have shared the most intimate moments of their lives, and their survival has been a constant struggle of compromise and cooperation. Despite physical limitations, the two brothers end the relationship because they love each other very much.

All of them represent the greatest support for each other. Here’s what Jim says about his siblings: “I’m one body, but trust me, they’re two completely different creatures.”
