Heather McManamy is a great mom who died after battling cancer since 2013. She is now sending a letter that will leave you both laughing and crying.
At her age of 36, she passed away. However, before leaving her beloved family, she decided to write a letter to her husband Jeff who posted it on her Facebook wall.
In her letter, Heather asks people to tell her daughter how much her mummy loved her and (and maybe exaggerate stories of her coolness a little).
But the most touching request in her letter was to encourage people to appreciate every single moment of their lives and enjoy the most of it because life after all is a fragile journey.
