Walt Manis, who grew in Arkansas, used to talk to God When he was a child as he walked around exploring nature. Then, one-day God gave Walt a peek of his future. In the dream, Walt saw that he would have a baby and name her Chloe. Walt never forgot that revelation.
When Walt became an adult, he married Annie, a girl he knew very well since childhood. Annie told Walt that above all things, she wanted to be a mom. She also said to him that if they had a baby girl, she would call her Chloe. Since Annie wanted to call her daughter Chloe, Walt had no option than to share his dream with his wife.
Despite the fact that married life was good, the two wanted children more than anything else. They made attempts to conceive for many years. They were however not lucky to have their biological kids. The struggle to have children burdened their relationship as a couple and with God as well. Finally, the pair settled for adoption.
Walt was not of the idea, but he encouraged Annie all through. When an expectant woman who wanted to give her child up for adoption selected them, the Manis’s were excited. But the disappointed was the child would not be their biological baby. The woman had the desire of meeting the couple face to face ahead of the adoption. So the couple went to meet with her. When the three met, Walt’s uncertainty vanished.
The reason for the vanishing of his doubts was because the mom of the baby had an exact appearance like the baby in the revelation God gave him when he was a child. The mother also wanted to give her the name Chloe; the same name Walt and Annie wanted to name their firstborn.
When Chloe came out, she was the same child Walt had seen in his revelation. The arrival of Chloe was a sign that God is good, and He works out things in His timing. Since the birth and adoption of Chloe, the couple has increased their family through adoption. And this time, their little-adopted girl’s name is Naomi.
Moving Works, a media ministry that the couple works for posted Walt and Annie’s story on YouTube. The story has since received over 200,000 views, and it is touching many individuals across the world, that is if the comments are anything to go by.
