25-year-old writer Jonathan Graziano decided that this Valentine’s Day he’d finally recognise the love of his life — his pug, Noodle.
Jonathan and 7-year-old Noodle have only been together a month after meeting at a Long Island, NY shelter, but they’re both certain they’ve found The One.
It was love at first sniff and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
So this Valentine’s Day, Jonathan decided to shower his furry friend in romance and maybe even pop the question.
They headed to the park for a romantic walk and loved-up photoshoot.
“Noodle knows exactly how to pose in front of a camera, so in a way we were both in our element,” said Jonathan.
They just couldn’t keep their hands (and paws) off each other.
They wrote their names in the sand.
And shared snuggles while Jonathan plucked up the courage to ask Noodle a very, very important question.
Of course, Noodle said, “Yes”.
Reflecting on this touching love story, Jonathan says, “I hope people will find it funny and entertaining.”
“Valentine’s Day is a holiday with a lot of unnecessary pressure, and hopefully people who are stressed about who their Valentine will be won’t worry about it too much.”
