There is an only reason why people visit museums, which is to see art, right? Well there are some other people like France-based photographer Stefan Draschan, who go there to create their own pieces of art. How Stefan does it? He is camping in art galleries for days, capturing visitors who perfectly match the artworks they’re looking at.

His collection of photos is called ” People matching artworks”, you may think it’s all fake. but the artist confirms that these perfect shots are actually done after a lot of patience.

Stefan enjoys visiting different art galleries mostly in Paris, Vienna and Berlin where he sits and waits for visitors to suddenly match with a piece of art in a funny and interesting way. The result is these humorous and unique pictures of unexpected harmony between people and the artworks they’re facing. It’s usually the outfits that match the art, but there are also people who match with the paintings because of their hair styles and colors, or even beards.

So the next time you’re visiting art venues, try to look away from the paintings for a second, and maybe then you’ll see Stefan, waiting for his perfect shot.
