No one was home, so the man got out the bolt-cutters and broke the lock. The dog didn’t wait to shower her rescuer with kisses as a ‘thank you’! But now it was time to cut her chain, the one she’d never be tethered to again for the rest of her life. The dog was moved to a rescue organization, and it didn’t take long until she was adopted!
