There, one of the drivers filmed the owner of the dog throwing his husky on the road and then driving forward in front of him without any regrets.
A video in which we can follow a man leaving a ten-month-old husky in the middle of the road has raised a lot of dust online. The dog was later rescued by one of the volunteers from the charity Pawsitive Rescuers of El Paso.
Shortly after the owner left his dog, the husky ran behind the vehicle, but the driver did not stop. Authorities arrested 68-year-old Lucio Antonio Campos, one of the men in the video, shortly afterwards on Friday due to the violence against animals.
