Our world has many unbelievably beautiful places that most of us dream to visit at least once in lifetime. One of those places that I am determined to visit is Japan. We can assume that Japan has every year the most beautiful spring that no other country may have. The vibrant and colorful cherry blossom is one of earth’s most fabulous natural wonders, and there’s nothing better than taking a walk beneath those ephemeral petals and marveling at how amazing mother nature can be.
In the occasion of Spring’s arrival in Japan, National Geographic asked Community members to send their best pictures of the country’s famous cherry blossom. The photographs below are the submissions sent to National Geographic and we can say that they are just absolutely stunning. Take a look to see for yourself the beauty of our nature.
It is a good thing to hear that Japan gives a lot of care and effort to keep their cherry blossom always beautiful and radiant. The Meteorological Agency even provides a dedicated forecast for cherry blossom season. The blossom moves north in what’s known as a “sakura zensen”, and people keenly track the progress of this cherry blossom front as it makes its way up-country.
